Refund policy

Pre-order, discounted, and coded items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, as well as any customs duties, import taxes, and VAT. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
